A staff member should have sent you a file called update.tar. (or, ending with .tar).
To install the firmware upgrade, please:
- Create an empty SD-Card / USB-Stick (please make sure to delete hidden files as well)
- Create an folder called FRM on this SD-Card / USB-Stick
- Move the file into the folder FRM. Rename the file into update.tar, if neccessary
- Insert the SD-Card / USB-Stick into the device and turn it on
- A automatic dialog system will guide you through the firmware upgrade.
