Although we are committed to the quality and reliability of our products, there are times when your Nextbase product may need servicing. We extend a 2 year limited warranty from the date of original purchase to every Nextbase product sold in Europe. This exclusive 2 year warranty is valid if your Nextbase product was purchased in any European country.
The warranty is void if:
- If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with our installation and operating instructions provided with the product.
- If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed.
- If the product is repaired or modified by an unauthorised company.
- If the product's malfunction is caused by products that are not made by our company.
- If the product is subject to abuse, neglect, incorrect voltages, chemistry erosion, improper packaging, accident or any natural or social disaster such as earthquake, fire, flood, lighting strike.
- If the product is installed improperly.
- If the serial number of the product is defaced or missing.
- If no proof of purchase can be produced.
- If the warranty seals on the product are torn.

The manufacturer warranty does not limit the user's statutory rights as a consumer.
