If the event arises that your Nextbase product becomes defect or needs service of any kind, please bring it back to the place where you bought the product together with a copy of your proof of purchase (this is usually the purchase receipt). If you are a customer of our Webshop or if the place where you bought your Nextbase product does not exist any longer then please follow these instructions to return your product for service:
- Check that the product is in warranty. If we establish that the returned product does not meet our warranty conditions, you will be liable for any cost incurred including delivery cost.
- Download and complete our RMA request form or e-mail rma@digitest.de to request a copy of this form.
- Once Digitest has received this form and verified all the information has been completed correctly, they will e-mail you a RMA number along with shipping instructions. Keep this number for your own reference. The RMA number will be valid for 30 days. Please ensure to return the product within this period. Address: digitest elektronik Service GmbH, Im Justus 1, DE-76829 Landau, Germany. Products without a RMA number will be rejected!
- Pack and ship the defective product according to the shipping instructions of Digitest.
- Mark the RMA number on the outside packaging box and attach the RMA form inside
- Ensure the products are well packages and protected. The consumer will be liable if the product is damaged due to poor packaging
- Do not include accessories as Nextbase will not be responsible for replacing them
All repairs are dealt with as rapidly as possible although repair time is not guaranteed. We will try our best to suggest an estimated lead-time.
